Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time we receive your files and instructions. Rush delivery (same-day or overnight) is available for an added fee — contact us before uploading if you need it.

We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and all common RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, and more). We deliver edited files in the format you request.

We accept GCash, bank transfer, and PayPal. Invoices are generated automatically through the platform and can be paid per order or monthly for recurring clients.

Yes. Orders over 100 images get automatic volume pricing, and orders over 500 images qualify for a custom rate. Contact us for a quote on large batches.

Absolutely. We want you to be happy with the results. Revision requests can be submitted through the platform within 7 days of delivery. Revisions within the original scope of instructions are included at no extra charge.

Yes. All files are transferred over encrypted HTTPS and stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Your images are accessed only by the assigned editor and are permanently deleted 30 days after project completion.

Completed project files are retained for 30 days after delivery so you can re-download them if needed. After that, they are permanently deleted. We never use your images for marketing, portfolios, or AI training without your written permission.

We cover basic adjustments (exposure, color, cropping), portrait retouching, background removal, real estate enhancement, product photo editing, batch processing, and creative compositing. Visit our How It Works page for more details.
