We collect images and related files that you upload for editing, along with your editing instructions and notes.

c. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party providers (GCash, PayPal, bank, or card processor). We store invoice records and transaction IDs, but we do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.

d. Usage & Technical Data

We log IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral URLs, and timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

We use essential session cookies for login and functional cookies for preferences. Google Analytics may place analytics cookies to help us understand traffic.

Uploaded files are stored in a secure Dropbox Business workspace and transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Our database uses prepared statements and rate-limited access to help protect against common web attacks.

Completed project files are retained for 30 days after delivery, after which they are deleted unless you have an active subscription requiring longer retention.
