Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go Edit Photos website and photo-editing services (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contactus@goeditphotos.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the Service.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted per image and displayed before you confirm an order.
• Payment is due according to the invoice issued for your order.
• Orders are started only after payment (or an approved payment arrangement).
• All applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time files are received. Turnaround for large batches or complex work may be longer and will be quoted in advance. Delivery is made through a secure download link. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete uploads, unclear instructions, or third-party outages beyond our control.

5. Revisions & Redo Requests

Unlimited revisions are included in Professional and Premium tiers. Basic tier includes two (2) free revisions per image. Revision requests must be submitted through the Service's redo-request feature within 7 days of delivery; after that, requests may be treated as new work and billed accordingly.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

a. Your Images

You retain full ownership and copyright to every image you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and deliver the edited results to you. We will not use, publish, or redistribute your images for any other purpose without your written consent.

b. Our Platform

The Service, including its design, code, and written content, is owned by Go Edit Photos and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload images that are illegal under Philippine law, that depict child sexual abuse material, that infringe another person's rights, or that are created to deceive or harm others. We reserve the right to refuse or report any such material.

8. Refunds

• If the delivered edit does not match the agreed scope and cannot be resolved through revisions, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Work that has already been approved and downloaded is non-refundable.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Edit Photos and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Edit Photos against any claims arising from images you uploaded that you did not have the right to submit, or from your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Outstanding invoices remain payable after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cebu, Philippines, unless required otherwise by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
